How long does it take to receive my product?
If you complete each payment as agreed upon in your agreement your product will ship within 7 business days after we have confirmation of the twelfth successful payment. This may change if we receive any negative payment history. (See returned payment as insufficient for more info).

How many payments do I have to make before my product is shipped?
All members will agree to make layaway payments for a total of twelve weeks prior to any product being shipped. You will then have your outstanding balance transfered to a separate Purchase Agreement where you will agree to make an additional 12 Monthly Payments to satisfy the remaining balance.

How do I know if I qualify?
It's very easy to qualify for this program. All you need to do is verify you are over 18 and have a valid checking account. That's it!

Can I suspend my contract?
If you are making your layaway payments and for any reason need to suspend the contract you may do so by calling member services. Suspending your contract simply means that you do not want to cancel the program and plan to continue your payments at some point in the near future. You may not suspend payments of a Purchase Agreement where the product has already been shipped or ordered. |
Will my product have a warranty?
YES. All products will be brand new and come with a standard manufacturers warranty. The warranty length and terms may vary by product and manufacturers.

Can I cancel my contract with you?
You may cancel any contract with us as long as we have not ordered your product. Once you have successfully made your payments to qualify for shipping and we order the item you will no longer be able to cancel. If you cancel your contract with us prior to shipping you will receive a refund of all fees less the activation (membership) fee and a $60 cancellation fee. If you cancel prior to any contract sent to us you will receive a full refund of the membership fee for up to 30 days from the join date. After 30 days all refunds will then be prorated for every month the membership is active. |
How many payments will I make on my product?
You will make a total of 12 Weekly Payments then 12 monthly payments on any product you choose. The amount of the payment will be determined by which product you choose to purchase.

Can I return my product?
All members will have five days from the date they receive their item to contact us and request to return it. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) you may return it without question. Ship the item back to us at your cost and if we determine that indeed it does not work, we will reimburse you the shipping cost. If we deem the item to be functional, we will either reship it to you at your cost or charge you a 15% restocking fee. If the product is working fine and you still wish to return it within five days for any reason, you may do so at your shipping cost as well as a prepaid 15% restocking fee. You must contact us prior to shipping the item back. |
What if I miss or have a payment(s) returned as insufficient?
If we receive notice from the bank that a payment is returned as insufficient we will require that you make up that payment plus add one additional payment prior to any product being shipped e.g., if you miss one payment you will be required to make a total of thirteen weekly payments to have your computer shipped instead of twelve. If three or more payments are returned as insufficient we have the right to cancel your contract and refund you all fees minus the activation fee and a $60 processing fee. At our discretion we may also allow you to pay the complete balance of the computer in order for it to be shipped to you.

How is my product delivered?
Your computer will be drop shipped from our vendor after we place the order for it and will be delivered by either UPS or Federal Express and will be at the sole discretion of the shipping vendor. In some instances a signature may be required at the time of delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is INCLUDED to all members that opt into our Layaway Plus Plan!

Will the computer that is shipped to me be the exact computer I select now?
In most instances the answer is yes. Since we are shipping the computer several weeks after the initial selection there is always a chance that our vendor has run out of stock of that particular model number. In these cases we will ship you a computer that is at least equal in specifications, but may be a different brand. We reserve the right to make these choices for you at the time of shipping. If for any reason we cannot find a replacement deemed equal or better than your choice we will offer you alternative items or a refund of any dues that you have paid less the activation (membership) fee.

Do I have pay any sales tax?
Sales tax is not required in the majority of states, but there are some states that will require it. Therefore you will have to pay it if you are in one of these states. The following states will pay their respective sales tax: California, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, South Dakota. If you are in one of these states we will invoice you the amount owed when we send out your contract. You may send back a money order, check or you may call our member service department to have them process the payment on a credit card. Please note that checks may delay the order depending on the situation.
