 Qualifying Documentation
To process your Travel Request and qualify for the Vacation Finance Program the following documentation must be received and approved by the eClub USA Finance Department. Additional documentation to verify identity, employment status, or residency may be required at the discretion of the Finance Manager.
Please mail or fax copies of the following documents:
- Most recent pay stub
- Drivers license or state issued ID
- Current utility bill
- Social security card (required for Credit Bureau reporting)
- Voided personal check
DO NOT send original documents, as they will not be returned.

Upon receipt of your Travel Request, Qualifying Documentation and finance approval, a Travel Specialist will contact you to obtain additional information and discuss the details of your vacation package options.
PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 45 DAYS prior to trip departure is required to qualify for financing on all vacation packages.
Members may also qualify for Premium Finance and Payment Terms by providing written permission for eClub USA to run a standard credit check via Trans Union to assist in determining your credit worthiness.
Reservation Deposit:
A deposit of 20% - 40% of the total vacation package cost is required on all financed vacation packages. This amount is determined by the total cost of the vacation package, your qualifying documentation and your payment history with eClub USA. This deposit is required to process your Travel Request and is fully refundable until your vacation package is confirmed. After confirmed reservations are secured, your right to a refund of this deposit amount is limited.
To expedite the confirmation of your travel plans, please send the required reservation deposit by Cashier’s Check or Money Order. Personal checks are accepted, however, are subject to a 7-10 day hold period.
